WHAT IS
ARKADYZJA?
Arkadyzja is a free matchmaking frontend for playing classic PlayStation, Dreamcast and arcade games online. It provides lobbies, chat, spectator support and rollback netplay through the supported emulator setups it connects to.
For Street Fighter EX, Arkadyzja is the current route used to play EX Plus Alpha and EX2 Plus online.

Keep the first setup simple. The official Arkadyzja guide handles the current technical steps.

The official Arkadyzja client is currently provided as a Windows download.

Use a controller or arcade stick and configure it through the setup you are using.
YOUR OWN GAME.
Use your own legally obtained copy of the Street Fighter EX game you want to play.

You will need an internet connection to use matchmaking, lobbies and online sessions.

Street Fighter EX3 uses a different route from the PlayStation games. SFEXOnline currently documents PCSX2, the PlayStation 2 emulator, as the route used for EX3 online play.

Can you play Street Fighter EX online?+
Yes. Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha and Street Fighter EX2 Plus can be played online through Arkadyzja. Street Fighter EX3 uses a separate PCSX2-based route.
What is Arkadyzja?+

No. Arkadyzja is primarily a matchmaking frontend. For PlayStation games, its client uses a modified DuckStation Netplay setup to launch and connect online sessions.
Does Arkadyzja support rollback netcode?+
Yes. Arkadyzja officially supports rollback netplay for compatible games and systems, alongside lobbies, chat and spectator support.
What computer can I use?+
The official Arkadyzja client is currently provided for Windows. PCSX2 itself supports Windows, macOS and Linux, but SFEXOnline is still verifying which EX3 online setups are reliable before recommending platform-specific steps. We have not verified a Chromebook route.
Where can I find other players?+
Arkadyzja includes a lobby for players and sessions. Its official Discord and community links are also useful for finding opponents and getting technical help. SFEXOnline will keep collecting EX-specific routes and community resources here.
What should I do if the setup does not work?+
Check Arkadyzja's latest official setup guide and changelog first. For problems with Arkadyzja itself, use its official Discord and help channels so you are getting advice from the people maintaining the platform.
Where should a complete beginner start?+
Choose the EX game you want to play, read the official Arkadyzja instructions if you are starting with EX Plus Alpha or EX2 Plus, and use the SFEXOnline video walkthrough if you prefer to see the process. EX2 Plus is also a strong starting point for exploring the current competitive scene.
